Some people just fry the block of paneer which is totally wrong approach because it won’t be soft or fried evenly when you go in to cut the paneer in cubes. So just cut the paneer in cube soak the pieces of paneer in salt water for softness of the paneer for 15 minutes. The paneer will be soft yet not soggy.

Paneer- Don’t forget to cut in paneer in cubes and soften the paneer prior to frying. Homemade Karahi Masala- Just made a homemade karahi masala. Onion- Cut 1 onion in half and ½ will be cut diced and other ½ will be cut in cubes. Olive oil- I used olive oil but you can use any other neutral oil. Bell pepper- Authentic Paneer Karahi will always have bell pepper. Ginger Garlic Paste- I used Homemade but you can use store-bought.
