WHAT TYPE OF MEAT GOES WELL ALOO IN KEEMA?
Aloo Keema is traditionally cooked in ground beef. However, ground chicken or ground turkey can easily be substituted. Although when cooking with chicken just omit adding water to the recipe.

Not at all, For 1 lbs of ground beef, use 1 tsp red chili powder. However, if you want to make it spicy add 2 tsp to 1 lbs ground beef.

INGREDIENTS
Ground beef- I use 80/20 ground beef. Onion- Brown the onion. Potatoes- Cut in medium size not small size. Powder and whole spices- each spice listed will give it its distinct flavor in the recipe.
