Bell peppers- Any color of bell peppers that your heart desires. Onion- I prefer red onion because the white onion is on the sweeter side. Crust- I used Trader Joe’s pre-made pizza crust. Olive Oil- I used Olive Oil but you can use any neutral oil you want.
