Potato- I used a medium golden potato. Chickpeas- one can of chickpeas just drain the water. Powdered spices and salts- There are two types of salts in this recipe: Regular Kosher Salt and Black Salt. The Black salt will help with the tangy along with powdered spices. Onion- I have used a red onion but you can a yellow onion. Tomato- I have used half a medium tomato, I dont want the tomato to leak water so I took only half a tomato.
