Quick 10-Minute Homemade Haldi Doodh is Turmeric Milk. It originated in India and made its way to Pakistan. Drinking Haldi Doodh is the remedy for wounds, cold, cough, and congestion. This Indian/Pakistani drink recipe is here to stay in western world. This Indian/Pakistani recipe is one of my favorite things to have after dinner. It’s perfect drink for Suhoor in Ramadan like Sweet Lassi and Strawberry Lassi.

INGREDIENTS
Milk- I used organic whole milk but you can use 2% or fat free milk. Powdered spices- These will give the Haldi Doodh some warmth and flavor. Ginger- A small piece of ginger will provide benefits for your immunity. Honey- I used organic honey but you can use any honey you want.

Haldi Doodh is not a freezer-friendly recipe. It can be stored in refrigerator in a pitcher. When you’re ready to drink it just heat it in a microwave or pour it in a pot and heat it up on a stovetop.
