Pakistani Mutton Kalia (Kaliya) is a mixture of whole and powdered spices in a thin runny gravy. This recipe is a quintessential Pakistani comfort food. It’s really quick just like Kali Mirchi Ka Salan, Mutton Charsi Karahi, and Mutton Stew.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COOK THE MEAT IN THE INSTANT POT?

It takes 10-12 minutes in the Instant pot to cook mutton. However, every Instant Pot varies in timings and it also depends on the quality of the meat.
