BASIC INGREDIENTS

Steel Cut Oats Vegan Milk of choice or water (I use almond milk)Medjool Date, Brown Sugar, honey, etc for sweetness (optional)

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS YOU CAN ADD BEFORE COOKING

OATMEAL TOPPINGS YOU CAN ADD AFTER COOKING

Instructions

Combine the steel-cut oats, milk/water, and sweetener (optional) in the Instant Pot. Set the Instant Pot to 10 minutes high pressure and close the vent. If prepping at night for the morning-set a delayed timer for when you want the oatmeal to start cooking. Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
