WHAT IS GOBI GOSHT?
Instant Pot Gobi Gosht Gosht (Cauliflower & Meat Curry) is smattered with spices and Mutton(goat). It all comes together quickly and swimmingly in the Instant Pot. This is my go-to for a Pakistani quick weeknight meal, like Karahi Gosht, Mutton Korma, and Mutton Stew. This is one of my classic comfort food vibe Pakistani dinner recipe. I can never go wrong with this recipe. This Pakistani recipe is mouthwatering, flavorful and a perfect dish when hosting a party.
INGREIDENTS
Cauliflower – Cut the cauliflower into florets, ensuring it’s fresh. Mutton – Check that the meat is pink rather than brown before cooking; pink indicates freshness. Olive Oil – I used olive oil, but any neutral oil will work. Ginger Garlic Paste – I opted for homemade ginger garlic paste, but store-bought is fine too.
