I introduced this beauty and deliciousness of Paneer Tikka Roll with my wife after we got married but there are different types of rolls such as an Anda Roll and Chicken Tikka Roll. This Indian appetizer recipe will be a delight for your tastebuds.
WHAT IS PANEER TIKKA?
Paneer Tikka consists of Indian cottage cheese cubes marinated in a blend of powdered spices and yogurt, accompanied by thick, square-cut pieces of onion and bell pepper. These marinated ingredients are then threaded onto skewers and grilled on a stovetop until golden on all sides.
INGREDIENTS
Paneer Tikka- Bite size Indian cottage cheese, and yes if you can’t find Indian cottage cheese subtitute some tofu. Paratha- Indian fried flatbread that can be homemade or store-bought. Green Chutney Raita- This can be ahead of time. Tomatoes and lettuce- Any veggies of your choice but these veggies are the most common to go in this roll.

HOW TO STORE THEM?
Store these Paneer Tikka Rolls in a ziplock bag; they will stay fresh for 3-4 days. Paneer Tikka, when fully assembled, isn’t ideal for freezing.
