WHAT IS BHUNA GOSHT?
Flavorful Pakistani Bhuna Mutton Gosht is a one-pot recipe. The term ‘Bhuna’ refers to the sautéing process where the ingredients break down, creating a textured and thick masala, while also achieving a delightful browning of the meat.
