Can brie cheese be frozen?
Yes! One of my greatest, long-standing hacks is buying brie or camembert cheese while it is on special and freezing it for up to 2 months. It needs to be thawed in the fridge overnight prior to use. No reviews
MAKE AHEAD
Cranberry Brie Bites are best made and eaten immediately. I like to assemble them 30–60 minutes prior to guests arriving and refrigerate them until I’m ready to bake.
LEFTOVERS
Leftovers (if, miraculously, there are any!), at a push, can be refrigerated and either eaten cold or reheated in the oven to avoid waste, but are best enjoyed immediately, straight out of the oven.
