🍴Storage and reheating suggestions
Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to three days. Reheat it in a microwave for 1-2 minutes or until completely warmed through. I don’t recommend freezing this salad as the chickpeas and radishes become mushy and the vegan mayo will separate.
