Naan pizza is my jam for busy nights. I always keep a package of naan bread in my freezer for easy homemade pizza whenever I want it. There are a few tricks to making naan pizza perfect every time (including toasting the naan before adding toppings to make it extra crispy). You don’t need any sauce for this recipe – just a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkling of garlic powder before adding the tomatoes and cheese, as well as a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkling of salt and pepper after it comes out of the oven! This is a wonderful end of summer recipe, when tomatoes are at their peak and fresh basil abounds. And you only need to turn your oven on for a few minutes.
