Ingredients

salmon filets with skin, Trader Joe’s Salmon is my favorite!garlicchili pepper of choicecoarse saltcoarse black pepperextra virgin olive oilgarlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Place the sliced chili peppers into small slits in the salmon. Sprinkle coarse salt, coarse pepper, and garlic powder on top. Drizzle oil on top and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes. Enjoy warm with a serving of vegetables.
