INGREDIENTS
Olive oil- I used olive oil but you can use any neutral oil in this recipe. Cumin seeds- This is the only whole spice in the recipe. Powdered spices- This will give this recipe some warmth and flavor. Potatoes- I used golden medium potatoes.
